If you would like a receipt, please fill in the comments section when placing your order.
Once your order is complete, an order confirmation email will be automatically sent to your registered email address within a few minutes.
If you do not receive an order confirmation email:
・There was an error in the email address you entered when registering. ・The order has been sorted into your spam folder. ・The order has not been completed successfully. Please check the status of your order in "Order History" on your My Page.
・If there is an error in the email content, please contact us using the inquiry form , stating your order number.
For gift wrapping , please add the GIFT BAG to your cart.
・We do not provide gift wrapping services. Please wrap your items yourself.
-Paper bags (shoppers) for handing over the product will not be included.
- We cannot provide gift wrapping for more than six pairs of socks, clothing, towels, etc.
Returns and Exchanges
Please contact us using the inquiry form.
We accept returns of products purchased from our online store only within 7 days of delivery (returns due to customer convenience).
*If we are unable to obtain the arrival date, we will accept returns within 10 days from the date of shipment. Also, if the quality of the product does not conform to the terms of the contract (if it is damaged, soiled, etc.) or if you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered, we will accept returns within 14 days from the date the product arrives (returns due to our circumstances).
We will only accept exchanges for the same product as the returned product. However, please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request for an exchange depending on our stock situation, and in that case we will provide a refund.
Please note that even if there is a problem with the product you ordered, we will not accept any returns after 14 days from the date of delivery.
For customers with an overseas delivery address, we will accept returns and exchanges under the above conditions.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- If it has been more than 7 days since the product arrived - If the product has been used even once - If the product has become smelly, dirty or damaged while in your possession - If the product has been altered (hemmed, etc.) or washed by you - If the tag or label has been removed - If the invoice has been lost - If any part of the product or accessories have been lost - Hygiene products such as socks - Made-to-order products
Please note that if you return the product without contacting us in advance, we will not be able to accept the return or exchange.
If you make excessive returns or exchanges for personal reasons, we may refuse to accommodate you.
About Shipping
The shipping fee is 1,000 yen nationwide per order.
*Shipping is free if your purchase amount is 10,000 yen or more (total of product price and consumption tax).
If you have any requests, please write them in the notes section when placing your order.
We will do our best to accommodate your request unless there are delays due to weather, traffic, or other circumstances.
Once your order is confirmed, we will ship your item within 1-3 business days. Shipping may be delayed during long holidays.
If you specify a delivery date and time, we will ship your order according to that date and time.
*Please note that shipping may take longer due to reasons such as product shortages or a large number of orders.
Generally, you can receive your product within 14 days of delivery.
If you are not at home when the delivery is made, the delivery company will leave a notice of absence. Please notify the delivery company of the desired redelivery date within the redelivery period and then pick up the item. If you are unable to contact the contact information listed on the notice of absence, or if the address is incorrect, the item will be automatically returned to us. Returned items will be handled at our discretion.
Please note that we may not be able to accept subsequent orders from customers who are absent for an extended period of time, who refuse to accept products for personal reasons, or from customers who have repeatedly returned or canceled orders and whom we determine no longer wish to purchase.
