⬛︎ DESIGN
This design was inspired by the flora that bloom around Lake Atitlán in Guatemala, the birds that live there, and alebrijes.
Guatemalan textiles feature embroidery and weaving with floral, bird, and geometric motifs.
We aimed to express a colorful and lively image that evokes a sense of vitality.
These socks offer a delicate texture, thanks to the use of lame yarn and glossy cupra yarn.
⬛︎ FACTORY
Our factory is located in Koryo Town, Nara Prefecture, Japan's largest sock producing region.
Since its establishment in 1937, the factory has been committed to using high-quality raw materials and meticulous knitting techniques to continuously produce high-quality socks.
They are characterized by intricate patterns, much like paintings, and a luxurious wearing comfort.
By designing with the factory's existing yarn inventory, we are working to reduce material waste.
